AKP Sports Foundation hosts Korean Soccer Superstar Hwang Hee Chan
August 20, 2024 | Ellicott City, MD – The AKP Sports Foundation, the nation’s fastest-growing Asian American sports nonprofit, proudly hosted a monumental fan event with Korean soccer superstar Hwang Hee Chan in Maryland. The event, the largest of its kind for the player outside of South Korea, attracted over 500 passionate fans from across the United States, eager to see and engage with the renowned athlete.
This landmark event provided fans with an unforgettable experience, featuring a dynamic Q&A session with Hwang Hee Chan, where he shared insights about his career and his journey as a professional soccer player. In addition to the interactive session, Hwang Hee Chan delighted fans by giving out signed memorabilia, participating in a raffle, and taking selfies and photos with attendees, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
