The Kairos Football League (KFL) is the fastest-growing AAPI flag football league in the United States. Named after the “K” in AKP Sports Foundation, Kairos means “opportunity” — reflecting our mission to create opportunities for men and women to compete at a high level, build meaningful relationships, and give back to their local communities.

The inaugural KFL tournament was held on May 6, 2023, in Austin, Texas, bringing together players from local churches, schools, and communities. The event welcomed over 150 participants and attendees, combining the thrill of competition with intentional community-building and service.

Since its launch, KFL has quickly established itself as a space where athletics meet purpose. More than just flag football, the league cultivates leadership, teamwork, and unity across diverse backgrounds. Each KFL event also integrates service projects and community engagement initiatives, ensuring that competition goes hand-in-hand with making a lasting impact.
