AKP Sports Foundation to Host Back 2 School (B2S) Field Day in New York City

AKP Sports Foundation (AKP), the nation's fastest-growing Asian American sports nonprofit, is excited to announce its upcoming Back 2 School (B2S) Field Day on August 17, 2024, at Major R. Owens Community Center in Brooklyn, NY. This event is set to bring together children from grades 1-8 across the New York Metropolitan Area for a day filled with fun, engaging activities and free school supplies given out to celebrate the start of the new school year.
The B2S Field Day will feature a variety of sports and recreational activities aimed at fostering community spirit and encouraging physical fitness among young participants. Also, simultaneously highlighting the event will be an AAPI basketball tournament that unites east coast-based Asian American churches, all participating in supporting the children’s field day event and back to school supply drive.
